JJ Acqusitions – Heatherfield Building Develpoment Project Plot 1, 2, & 3

Having recently heard the news that Plot 1, 2 & 3 of the Heatherfield projects that we are currently in the process of completing have now been sold. It felt the right time to create a news post to showcase our involvement within these building developments. We have worked side by side with JJ Acquistions from the initiation of the development to successfully manufacture, supply and install the structural steelwork, structural insulated panels, and the eco-joist system on all three of the plots.

JJ Acquisitions are pleased to present an exclusive development of three bespoke houses in the village of Alderbury, Salisbury. ‘Heatherfields’ site is around three and a half acres and has been designed to allow each house to sit in a plot of at least an acre, making it a very unique opportunity. Each house design incorporates multiple ‘green’ features such as; rain water harvesting systems, air source heat pumps and high levels of insulation. These and other eco measures will enable the homes to be extremely energy efficient and exceed modern day standards for UK new homes. However, whilst eco measures are important, we also want to ensure that we create a high level luxury finish and this will be achieved through the use of quality and innovative materials. The use of natural materials such as clay tiles, oak and natural stone combined with large expanses of glass will give the feel of a house truly part of its surroundings.
